Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the face of blithequark, and your professionalism, courtesy, and empathy will make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Input data accurately and efficiently, using our proprietary systems and tools
  • Provide high-level customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism to every interaction
  • Take 75+ calls per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
  • Start date: 12/7

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using proprietary systems and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Perks
