Job Summary

As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark datasets. You will also be responsible for researching and verifying the accuracy of external data, designing and implementing data visualizations, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to our account directors. Key Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark datasets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support account directors in meeting their sales and revenue targets
• Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business strategies at all levels of the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analytics, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
