Your Role as a Client Service Representative

As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. Your diverse workload will include handling corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Dealing with clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email
• Preparing quotes and processing orders
• Collaborating with our fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
