We are seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry professional to join our team in Pittsburgh. This role is vital in ensuring excellent customer experiences while efficiently managing data entry tasks that support our operations. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and service excellence. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform accurate data entry for customer orders and inventory management.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and communications.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing and document management.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Support administrative functions as required by the management team.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for order processing and inventory management.
• Prior clerical or office experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
