Job Title: Test Proctor

As a Test Proctor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and secure testing environment for . What you’ll do

• Oversee the administration of standardized tests, ensuring compliance with all testing protocols and regulations.
• Verify the identity of test-takers and ensure that all testing materials are distributed correctly.
• Provide clear instructions to students before and during the test, fostering a calm and focused atmosphere.
• Monitor the testing environment for any irregularities or violations of testing policies.
• Assist students with any questions or concerns during the examination process while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare and organize testing materials, ensuring everything is ready for each session.
• Document any incidents or issues that arise during testing and report them as necessary.
• Collaborate with educational staff to enhance the overall testing experience.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
