About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Global Content Method Team, you will play a critical role in driving tasks to improve the performance and effectiveness of support content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, product managers, and technical experts, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing content strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests
  • Collaborating with content creators to develop high-quality support content that meets customer needs
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Working with product managers to ensure that our products and services meet customer needs and expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Resolving complex customer issues and escalating issues to senior support specialists when necessary
  • Documenting customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to improve processes and provide consistent guidance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service
  • Three+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks across multiple teams and meet deadlines
  • Customer support and/or editorial experience is a plus
  • Preferred traits include being unbiased, a problem solver, curious, motion-oriented, able to handle pressure upgrades, strong relationship builder, superior verbal communication skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
