Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Analyzing agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations
• Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
• Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and partners
• Managing and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

Measurement and Analytics

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of data tools and technologies, including:

• Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Excel for data analysis and visualization
• Python and other programming languages for data manipulation and modeling
• SQL and data warehousing for data management and querying
• Data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, for communicating insights and findings

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of quantitative experience in forecasting and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with time-series forecasting techniques and modeling, using machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business problems
• Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders
• Desire to excel in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and data management
• Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science

Education

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering, is required.
