Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with players and guests to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
  • Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in the blithequark brand
  • Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or College Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service
  • Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation
