Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with players and guests to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
- Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories
- Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in the blithequark brand
- Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events
- Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or College Degree
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
