Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers and sellers receive the highest level of service. You'll be the face of our company, providing elite support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing transactions and relationships with valued sellers and customers
  • Responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions
  • Investigating and resolving customer experience issues in a fair and constructive manner
  • Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

  • Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively
  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals
  • Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers

Work Environment and Schedule

Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Your work schedule will be:

  • Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off
  • Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off

Compensation and Benefits
