Job Title: Junior Business Analyst – Aetna Enterprise Integrations Location: Preferred Hartford, CT or Remote for Ideal Candidate Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Overview: Join the Aetna Enterprise Integrations (AEI) team supporting mission-critical integration efforts across Member, Claims, and Channel domains. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for integration projects
• Support the development and maintenance of enterprise APIs and data flows across batch and real-time systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment on project goals
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration solutions
• Help track project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with data concepts, APIs, or healthcare systems is a plus
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is a strong plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or SQL
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, systems integration, or AI/ML applications

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $44.99 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
