What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and management
- Candidate identification and contact
- Process improvement and optimization
- Job portal management and candidate evaluation
- Professional profile analysis and identification

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, who is able to work effectively in a team. The ideal candidate will have:

- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
