What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class service to customers, resolving technical issues, and exceeding their expectations
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting products and services to meet those needs
  • Adjusting billing and arranging product solutions to meet customer needs
  • Working closely with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with high-speed internet connection available
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with hardware, software, and connectivity issues (preferred)
