What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing world-class service to customers, resolving technical issues, and exceeding their expectations
- Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting products and services to meet those needs
- Adjusting billing and arranging product solutions to meet customer needs
- Working closely with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional service

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with high-speed internet connection available
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with hardware, software, and connectivity issues (preferred)
