Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming contacts from guests across various blithequark brands, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing reservation requests, supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identifying guest reservation needs to maximize revenue
  • Following sales techniques to maximize revenue, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintaining open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a customer service representative at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
