Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and adhere to our data security protocols.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data accurately and quickly into our systems, adhering to our data entry standards and guidelines
  • Conducting thorough checks for data accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all data entered and processed
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Adhering to our data security protocols and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data
  • Utilizing data entry software and Microsoft Office to efficiently and accurately complete tasks
