The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you will play a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all blithequark customers. This vital role requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who can assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You will communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality
