Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Cargo Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our mission to guarantee freight is shipped on time, every time, safely. You will be the face of blithequark cargo, interacting directly with clients in person and over the phone. This entry-level customer service position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career under the mentorship of our experienced leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking and coordinating cargo shipments in accordance with operational requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo operations
  • Adapting to changing shift schedules, which may include early morning to late evening shifts, and working between 20 and 40 hours per week
