About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers at AOP Christian Homeschool. This is a regular, part-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely from your home office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving concerns, and recommending our educational solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly, both written and in speech, to both internal and external customers
  • Resolve all concerns in the best interest of both the customer and the company
  • Determine customer's needs and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Use multiple CRM systems at once to assist the customer
  • Other duties as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining professionalism with appropriate tone and manner
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and follow through on all tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in the education industry
  • Familiarity with educational software and technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay between $14.41 and $14.50 per hour
