The Sales Analytics Team

Our Sales Analytics team is a dynamic group of professionals who lead account-level insights for blithequark's business. We're responsible for supporting account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by collecting and analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark's datasets
  • Researching and verifying the accuracy of external data sources
  • Scrutinizing and converting data into a format that's easily accessible and usable by our team
  • Supporting account directors with meeting requests and requirements
  • Utilizing Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects and data analysis requests
  • Providing customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
  • Developing presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, or Analytics)
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications
