Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience (yes, you read that right – gaming experience can be a valuable asset in this role!)
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
  • Meet the qualifications outlined above
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
