Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their unique requirements. This is a second and third shift job, and we're looking for candidates who can commit to either a second or third shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, addressing their unique needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact history and issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and medical procedures
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations
