Job Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the high standards of blithequark. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following up on client cases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and outcomes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- A USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy)
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
