Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing patient information, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This is a remote work from home opportunity, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing patient information, and maintaining accurate records

  • Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other relevant data
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest data entry technologies and best practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions and managing patient information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and pharmacy team members
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficiency in data entry software and technology, including electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology, and insurance

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, patient counseling, and medication management
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy
