Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening

Essential Qualifications:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Compensation Details

We offer a competitive compensation package, with base pay rates starting at $14.50 per hour. Enhanced rates are available, contingent on weekly attendance and performance, with Spanish bilingual rates starting at $15.50 per hour.
