Project Manager (Remote, US)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact web and mobile solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Guide project teams through the full lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—ensuring alignment with client vision, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Agile Facilitation: Champion Agile/Scrum principles to foster self-organizing teams, drive accountability, and promote iterative value delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and transparency with clients, product owners, and internal teams through clear communication and proactive risk management.
  • Delivery Excellence: Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Navigate dependencies and blockers with confidence and clarity.
  • Team Empowerment: Cultivate a culture of ownership, learning, and innovation. Encourage continuous improvement and celebrate wins.
  • Community Contribution: Stay active in the PM and Agile community—sharing insights, learning from peers, and evolving your craft.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing software development projects (web/mobile/custom platforms).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and US-based clients.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and servant leadership.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with developers and testers.

Bonus Skills:

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar ALM tools.
  • Experience in B2B environments or digital product strategy.
  • Passion for user experience and product quality.

Based on your location in the United States if you are in a place where the market for your role is higher or lower, this pay range could be 10% lower or 9% higher than the Rochester, N.Y. market. ITX has team members in many countries, and we use the same methodology for determining pay for all our teammates.
