Experienced Business Development Specialist – Remote Telemarketing & Outbound Call Center

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by reaching out to new and existing prospects, presenting the opportunity for a Digital Marketing evaluation, and setting appointments with our Business Development Managers.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Staying organized and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day
• Qualifying prospects interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers
• Learning and memorizing phone campaign pitches and associated brand/product concepts
• Tirelessly reaching out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information
• Properly using our CRM to efficiently call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses

Essential Qualifications

* Native level English

• Excellent, friendly phone voice that gives and commands respect with an emphasis on getting through gatekeepers
• Unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly
• Intermediate+ level of computer fluency with a capacity to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software
• Ability to type 40WPM

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing

• Familiarity with CRM software and contact management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
