Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Remote Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in our sales team, working closely with a high-performing team to drive growth and success. Your primary duties will include responding to inbound inquiries, engaging with potential clients, generating personalized insurance quotes, and closing deals in virtual sessions. If you're a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales, this opportunity will exceed your expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Responding to inbound inquiries from across the country regarding various insurance coverage options

  • Engaging with potential clients over the phone, gathering essential information, and scheduling virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone calls)
  • Leveraging our proprietary tools to generate personalized insurance quotes, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals in virtual sessions
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to commission payout, typically within 72 hours
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor analysis to provide informed solutions to clients

Essential Qualifications

* 0-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g., life insurance license)
