Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Research Interviewer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting surveys with respondents over the phone, gathering data for our clients
• Administering questionnaires and collecting data from various projects
• Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive experience for respondents
• Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
• Meeting productivity and quality standards, as set by the company

Essential Qualifications

• Call center experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to commit to a 15-hour per week schedule, Monday through Friday

• Intermediate level computer skills, including typing (20 wpm with 85% accuracy)
