Job Summary

We're looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented service representatives to provide high-level customer service solutions to our clients on a daily basis. As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate and complete information to customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls and make consistent outbound calls to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in typing and computer literate, with familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours, with at least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience.
  • Experience working with an automatic dialer and pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Experience in both Inbound and Outbound environments.

Work Environment and Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:

  • A PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10.
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
  • A USB-connected Headset.
  • A webcam.
  • A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children.
