Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical Skills: A strong understanding of technology and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills for clear and effective customer interaction, including the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and remain focused during shift hours, with minimal supervision.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
