The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
  • A flexible and dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
