Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for gig workers, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing detailed information about our platform and services to gig workers and potential users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to navigate our application and connect with available shifts
  • Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Collaborating with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward gig workers at all times, providing exceptional service and support
  • Staying updated on industry trends and platform changes to provide accurate and timely information to gig workers
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with gig workers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is preferred
  • A passion for supporting gig workers and improving their overall experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
