Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information about our services and promotions
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions and offerings
  • Documenting customer interactions for future reference, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with team members to improve the customer experience, sharing best practices and expertise
  • Participating in training and development sessions to improve job performance, staying ahead of industry trends and developments
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, staying current on industry developments and best practices

Key Qualifications

To succeed as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
