Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Work independently to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilize our chat platform to access customer information and respond to inquiries
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Dependable internet connection and access to a laptop, tablet, or smartphone
  • Familiarity with social media and website chat features
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a chat environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Hours and Schedule:

* 15 hours per week, flexible schedule

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
