• Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures

• Support opening and closing store activities, when required
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational while staying up-to-date with all updated services and tools
• Assist pharmacy staff as required, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
• Embrace and promote new CVS Health services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and move objects to and from shelves
• Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection, including small parts/details

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting
• Knowledge of CVS Health services and loyalty programs
• Experience working in a team environment and supporting colleagues
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
