The Role Are you a passionate storyteller with a knack for creating eye-catching videos? Do you have a love for design and construction? We're seeking someone who can craft compelling content that tells the story of our remodeling projects, educates our audience, and enhances our brand presence on social media. This role offers the opportunity to be the creative force behind both Remodeling Concepts and Ryann Reed Design Build, showcasing our incredible work across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
What You'll Do
Create engaging video content for both brands, focusing on exterior and interior remodeling projects. Develop a video strategy to highlight our craftsmanship, project showcases, behind-the-scenes footage, and client testimonials. Increase social media engagement by producing shareable content that sparks interaction and conversation. Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and develop content calendars. Monitor performance with KPIs, reporting on video metrics like views, engagement, and growth to fine-tune strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Produce creative posts, including photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms. Manage social media engagement, ensuring timely responses and cultivating positive relationships with our online community. Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh, innovative, and aligned with the latest digital marketing strategies. Track and report key performance metrics (views, engagement, lead generation) to help optimize content and strategies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating video content and managing social media accounts, ideally for a home services or construction-related business. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). A strong understanding of how to craft videos that resonate on various social media platforms. A passion for design, home remodeling, and storytelling. A collaborative, proactive approach to working with a team and achieving company goals. KPIs for Success Video production goals (target: 15 videos/brand/month). Increased social media engagement (target: 50% growth). Lead generation and conversion from social media content. Growth in followers and brand awareness on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
