We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused Remote Human Resources Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. In this role, you will partner directly with our HR Manager and senior leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR coordination processes that enable our fast‑moving, fully remote organization to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across the company, championing best‑in‑class HR practices while ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania employment regulations. Talent Acquisition:

Own end‑to‑end recruiting for non‑technical and technical roles, managing job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms; partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and interview scorecards. -

Candidate Experience:

Design and execute a seamless candidate journey, leveraging

Greenhouse

Lever

to track applicants, schedule interviews via

, and deliver timely feedback. -

Onboarding:

Build and deliver a 90‑day onboarding roadmap using

BambooHR

Workday

, coordinating with IT to provision laptops, software licenses, and remote access for new hires in State College borough and other locations. -

HRIS Management:

Maintain accurate employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll data in

ADP

Employee Relations:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations in partnership with the HR Manager, documenting outcomes in

Metrics & Reporting:

Learning & Development:

Coordinate internal training programs using

Compliance & Audits:

Prepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation (I‑9, E‑Verify, tax forms) is complete and stored securely in
