About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our fast‑growing data operations team. In this role you will be the backbone of our information pipeline, converting raw inputs from customers, partners, and internal systems into clean, searchable, and actionable data that powers decision‑making across the organization. You will report directly to the Data Operations Manager, who sits in our Winter Haven, Florida headquarters, and you’ll collaborate daily with analysts, customer‑support specialists, and the finance department. Our mission is simple: ensure that every piece of data entering our ecosystem is accurate, timely, and secure—so our business can continue to scale with confidence. --- Key Responsibilities -

Process high‑volume data entry

of 50‑100 records per day across multiple platforms (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot) while maintaining ≥ 95 % accuracy. -

Validate, clean, and standardize

incoming data using built‑in tools (Data Validation, Conditional Formatting) and custom scripts in Airtable or Smartsheet. -

Upload and reconcile

financial transactions in QuickBooks and Oracle NetSuite, ensuring that each entry aligns with supporting documentation. -

Maintain and update

master data files, including customer contact lists, product inventories, and vendor contracts, using Microsoft Access and CSV imports. -

Communicate discrepancies

to the Data Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders via Slack and email within a 4‑hour window of discovery. -

Assist the analytics team

by preparing data extracts for reporting dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, adhering to the required data‑input specifications. -

Track key performance metrics

(e.g., processing speed, error rate, turnaround time) in Asana and generate weekly status reports for leadership in Winter Haven, Florida. -

Participate in quarterly data‑quality audits

with the compliance team, providing evidence of adherence to GDPR and CCPA guidelines. -

Provide backup support

for other clerical workers during peak periods, stepping into an administrative clerk role as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings in Zoom, updating project boards in Trello). -

Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives

by documenting workflow bottlene‑bottlenecks and suggesting automation opportunities in Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate. --- Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED + 2 years of professional data‑entry experience
