Key Responsibilities

* Craft compelling content for LinkedIn, including several posts per week and a weekly/bi-weekly newsletter

• Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our founder's expertise and thought leadership
• Conduct research to gather information from reliable sources and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Collaborate with our founder to set and meet writing deadlines
• Adapt writing style based on target audience and platform
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality
• Contribute to the development of a monthly feature in a reputable digital business publication (potential opportunity for increased hours)

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role

• Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from reliable sources
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Creative writing skills with the ability to adapt writing style based on the target audience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in research, writing, or grammar

• Knowledge of the Venture Capital and DEI space (although not critical)
