Job Summary

As an Experienced Work-From-Home Package Handler, you will be responsible for handling and processing packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to our customers. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless package delivery, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and process packages, including sorting, scanning, and loading/unloading packages

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages to customers
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Meet or exceed performance standards, including productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as package handler, warehouse worker, or customer service representative

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
