Bookkeeper/Accountant REMOTE (Seasonal) at JDA TSG JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in everything QuickBooks Online for the upcoming tax season. If you have 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping and are looking for remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining our team To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the United States and have permanent work authorization in the U.S. (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time). What You'll Be Doing
- Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, you will evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and anything else that may look off to you in our customers' books.
- Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is executed timely.
- Research regulations to support guidance.
What You Bring To The Table
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
- 3+ years in using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- High degree of customer service skills - ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a way that is professional, friendly, and reassuring.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, Fiber). No Satellite.
