Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and effective manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed to meet client needs and goals
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage a high-volume of customer interactions
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
