Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:
