Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including:
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, using empathy and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
- Ticketing and Rebooking: Issue, reissue, and discount traveler tickets, as well as book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations.
- Traveler Registration: Perform traveler registration and front seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates.
- Voucher and Accommodation Coordination: Issue vouchers or coordinate with vendors for traveler accommodations, meals, and transportation.
- Flight Loading and Security: Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation, and work door peruser/scanner and related tasks.
- Boarding and Flight Door Declarations: Make boarding and flight door declarations, and convey domestic/global flight records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including answering and assisting during security and crisis situations.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas.
