As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing elite service, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
Your Journey as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll embark on a comprehensive learning journey, progressing through key milestones at 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a glimpse into your growth and development:
Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
- Learn how to navigate our systems and processes, ensuring you're equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers and sellers.
- Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, extending beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
Seller Operations Associate (90 days in)
* Play an active role in continued learnings, advancing your skill sets to meet individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Schedule
* Office Location: Coppell, TX
- Work Schedule:
+ The first 4 weeks of employment: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (paid training, in-office) + Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days at home + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off (rotating schedule)
Compensation and Benefits
* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility
- Bi-annual bonuses
- Annual equity grant
- Overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40/week
