Job Summary

As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously, and providing detailed and accurate information to customers. You will also maintain customer accounts by recording account information and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

Educational Qualifications
