Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
  • Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Provide empathetic and patient support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Initially, you will undergo comprehensive training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as needed. Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Pay: $16.20/hr
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO available
