Our Vetcove platform is designed to streamline supply ordering processes, providing users with a seamless and efficient experience. As a member of our Support Team, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working collaboratively with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to provide top-notch support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience

  • Collaborate with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Vetcove platform and its features to provide expert guidance and support to our users
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our community by providing proactive support and guidance to our users

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a tech or start-up environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends

  • Knowledge of intercom or other chat platforms, with the ability to leverage this expertise to provide exceptional support to our users
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with our organization, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
