Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our organization's goals and objectives
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and other customer-related tasks
  • Staying up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of the airline industry and its products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
