Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with website visitors and providing them with prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Handling multiple incoming requests at once, maintaining a positive attitude, and staying calm under pressure
  • Interacting with customers in real-time, making a meaningful impact on their experience with our company and clients
  • Working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions, and having a reliable internet connection

Essential Qualifications
