Job Summary:
As a key member of our remote operations team, the Full Stack Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and clerical services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Key Responsibilities:
* Enter daily work orders into systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assemble and reconcile reports, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software, to perform tasks efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Essential Qualifications:
* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
- 1 year of office clerk experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders
- Experience in recycling would be an asset, but not a requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and applications
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a virtual setting
Physical Demands:
* Ability to organize various office systems, adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
- Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
- Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain physical comfort and well-being
